Stephen Moore

Stephen has been passionate about water sports since childhood, from rowing his dads tender as a 3yr old, canoeing, dinghy sailing, windsurfing from the age of 8 until discovering kitesurfing in 1999, this was the early pioneering days of the sport, he lived for the sport and competed regularly from 2000 in the BKSA, sponsership and magazines followed until family  commitments and injuries brought things to an end.

XC Mountain biking was the next on the list, various competitions led him to find adventure racing combining mountain biking with kayaking, trail running and orienteering. It was at this point he discovered a pull towards the trail running, over the years this has taken him from 5k events through to mountain marathons and ultra's throughout Europe the UK.

StandUpPaddle boarding was first introduced to Stephen in 2014 as means to build core strength and fitness, he soon realised it was a sport that the whole family could share and enjoy together. Stephen and his family spend many a day SUPing on the Jurassic Coast or on the Hamble, Beaulieu, Arun, Avon & Stour Rivers.

2020 began the draw towards Wing Surfing, freedom, thrilling, exhilarating, downwinders, surfing, addictive, it's still in its infancy, but it's going to blow your mind, now a fully competent Wing Surfer, 2021 will see Stephen offering Wing Surfing/Foiling lessons to this looking for a new adventure.

Years spent enjoying the outdoors has led Stephen to want to share his passion with others.

Liza Moore

Liza's passion for adventure stems from her backpacking trips in her late 20s, after meeting Stephen she had a brief encounter with kitesurfing, she was soon introduced to StandUpPaddle boarding which then became her water sport of choice...

Liza has always found fitness as a way to socialise, practice mindfulness & generally keep fit.  In the Autumn of 2011 unknowingly she began her journey into off road running in the form of a cold, wet & muddy obstacle running event which finally led to her to find a passion in Trail Running, she can be found most days running on the local trails and the occasional Trail Running event.
2018 was the year that would  change Liza's life forever...

Liza was diagnosed with breast cancer, it had all happened so quickly, before she had chance to digest Liza had started 7months of Chemotherapy, a mastectomy, Radiotherapy & a 10yr course of Tamoxifen, it was during this invasive journey Liza began to realise & appreciate the importance of the great outdoors and its healing properties. Throughout all of her treatment Liza has found mindfulness in her Trail Running, woodland walks, StandUpPaddle boarding & her new love... Growing her Edible Organic Garden.
She has and continues to be a total inspiration to others...

2020 Liza found enjoyment in learning to WindSUP when the breeze picked up, as we move towards 2021 Wing Surfing is starting to attract her interest.
